KEY LIME PIE

 

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

CRUST:

PIE FILLING:    

1 1/4 cup of graham crackers

3 egg yolks

2 tbsp sugar

1 can of sweet condensed milk

6 tbsp. butter

½ cup lime juice from 3 limes

                                

 

CRUST:  With your hands mix the ingredients for the crust. Press into a 9 inch pan. Bake 5 minutes in a 350 degree oven until golden brown. Let cool.

 

 

PIE FILLING:  Mix egg yolks and sweetened condensed milk in a bowl. Gradually add the lime juice. Pour into cool pie shell. Bake 15 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
