Aunt Dorothy's Meat Loaf
Ingredients:
| 1egg | 2 lbs. of beef | 1 tbs. of Brown sugar | 1 tbs. of salt | 1/4 tbs of pepper |
| 2 tbs of fresh basil | 1 tps of fresh fresh thyme | 2 tps of Mustard | 1/4 cup of celery- chopped fine | 1 1/2 cup of chunky bread crumbs |
| 1/2 cup of onion | 2 beef bullion Cubes | One cup of water | 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese |
Directions:
Mix the above ingredients but with only 3/4 of the cheese.
Bake in a loaf pan that has been slightly greased at 370 degrees for 70 minutes
Sprinkle the remainder of cheese on top.
