Cake Ingredients:
| 1 cup sugar | 1/2 teaspoon salt |
| 2 eggs | 1 teaspoon baking soda |
| 1 teaspoon vanilla | 1 teaspoon baking powder |
| 2 cups sifted flour | 1 cup sour cream |
Topping:
Mix together 1/4 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 cup walnuts, and set aside.
Directions: Beat butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until creamy. In a separate bowl mix dry ingredients together. Then mix both together, and add the sour cream. Mix well. In a coffee ring pan drop batter in to form a full circle around a pan, and then drop the rest of the batter on top. Spread out evenly and use the rest of the topping. Bake on 350° for 40 minutes.
