Coffee Cake

Cake Ingredients:

1 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs 1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla 1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups sifted flour 1 cup sour cream

Topping:

Mix together 1/4 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 cup walnuts, and set aside.

Directions: Beat butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until creamy.  In a separate bowl mix dry ingredients together. Then mix both together, and add the sour cream.  Mix well.  In a coffee ring pan drop batter in to form a full circle around a pan, and then drop the rest of the batter on top.  Spread out evenly and use the rest of the topping. Bake on 350° for 40 minutes.
