Korean Pancake

 

 

Ingredients­

·        6 Scallion sticks

·        1 Red Pepper

·        2 Zucchinis

·        2 Potatoes

·        1 Onion

·        1 Egg

·        2 1/2 cups of flour

·        1 cup of water

·        2 teaspoons of salt

·        3 teaspoons of black pepper

·        Enough com oil to grease a frying pan.

 

 

 

 

Instructions­

1. Chop up all vegetables into small pieces. (about lcm. or less)

2. Mix water and flour together and beat in the egg.

3. Mix in all the chopped vegetables into the flour mix.

4. Add the salt and pepper into mix.

5. Set the stove on high heat.

6. Pour the com oil in the frying pan to grease it.

7. Pour the mix into the frying pan and fry like a pancake.
