You must have a CLEARED sports physical.  Clearance needs to be completed before tryouts begin (NO EXCEPTIONS).  You will not be permitted to tryout without clearance.  Please provide nurse with any medication you take and any necessary info/meds regarding food allergies.

Fri. - 9/9          2:45 Sharp - 5:00        Submit Paperwork/Stretch/Learn routine

Mon. – 9/12    2:45 Sharp – 5:00       Stretch/Review routine

TRYOUT DAY – Good Luck!

Tues. – 9/13    2:45 Sharp – 3:15      Learn additional counts get ready for tryout

3:15 –???                    Be prepared to stay late for possible call backs and final decision for team roster.

****Final placement decisions will be made on Tuesday, 9/13.  There will be no additional tryouts.  Decisions will be made by the Accompsett Coach and the judging panel.   For girls that make the team, practices will begin Thursday Sept 15 and will be every Tues, Weds, Thurs 2:45 to 5pm thereafter.  Be sure to bring water, keep hydrated & HAVE FUN!!!

What to wear:

Friday and Monday:

Shorts & full tan tights are a MUST!

            T-shirt or Tank Top (no writing on apparel please)

Jazz shoes/jazz sneakers/aerobic sneakers

Hair pulled back neatly in low pony tail

Tuesday – Tryout day:

            Black Tank Top

            Black shorts & Full Tan Tights

            Jazz shoes/jazz sneakers/aerobic sneakers

            Hair pulled back neatly in a low bun

****Red lipstick & a smile should be worn on Tuesday.  Please be sure to spray hair, so it’s in a clean, tight bun with no stray hair.  All girls must look neat, ready to perform.  Thank you!!!!
