If you are interested in trying out for a high school spring sport, please hand in your medical update form starting February 5, 2012.

To check sports clearance, students should go to:

 http://ww3.smithtown.k12.ny.us/apps/index.asp

 Logon with their school username and password and then there is a button labeled Sports Clearance.
